Discuss makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, truthfulness, or appropriateness of the AI-generated chat messages. AI outputs are programmatically simulated and do not reflect factual statements, real opinions, or views of Discuss.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Discuss and its creator (Tirup Mehta) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
